Since its inception in 2003 the Call of Duty franchise has sold more than 425 million copies worldwide. That's an insane $30 billion in generated revenue. Putting them at 3rd place overall behind the Mario and Tetris franchises.
First releasing for the PC and Mac the CoD franchise has since made its debut across all gaming platforms from consoles to even handhelds.
