We have a 7-day refund policy, which means within 7 days of purchase. To start a refund, you can contact us at info@lockcitycomics.ca. Refunds can be issued prior to the order shipping. All sales final once shipped.

LockCityComics reserves the right to cancel and refund in full any order.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos of the damaged product(s) and our packaging.
